- Please be aware that research over the last 40-50 years has shown that the death penalty is not a deterrent to other criminals. Also, it costs considerably more than life imprisonment, since "we the people" have to pay for those repeated trials, attorneys, and witnesses.

- Many of you talking about handicapped drivers don't have a clue what you're talking about. For one thing, those placards and plates are also issued for passengers, not just drivers. For another thing, many of those who are handicapped have no difficulty driving whatsoever.
